What days are your classes offered?
Our classes can be schedule for any day of the week based on open time slots. Our times slots are Mon-Fri 3pm-5pm (NO 3pm-5pm after April 1), 5pm-7pm and 7pm-9pm and Sat-Sun 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm, 3pm-5pm, and 5pm-7pm. Please note that weekend openings may be extremely limited
How long are the three passes good for?
The passes are good for 6 months from the day you take the class.
Am I able to bring my child for a Rock Gym 101 for 2?
Only is the child is older than 16. To be belay certified in our gym you must be at least 16 y/o. The Rock Gym 101 class goes over the basics of rock climbing, the belay process, and certifies those who take the class.
What if I have to cancel my lesson?
You are able to reschedule one time as long as you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to do so, or cancel a second time we will no longer honor the voucher.
My voucher has expired, what can I do?
We honor the voucher after expiration for the amount you paid. You can put this towards a lesson or group in our gym. You will no longer receive the whole package deal.
What should I include when I email to set up an appointment?
As we don’t take a deposit like we do for other groups/lessons in our gym, all Groupons must be done via email. You should include, your name, contact number, the 8 digit number under the barcode, a day(s) and time(s) that would work for you. The more options you give us, the faster we can book a slot. It’s my day to come in! What do I need to know?
It is best to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment so we can get you checked in and set up. Wear comfortable clothes without strings and cords dangling. Have the waiver filled out. If you are under 18 you MUST have an adult sign your waiver before arriving. Rental shoes will be provided for you.
Can I add an extra child to my lesson?
The groupon lesson is good for 2 adults and 4 children. To add a 5th child will be an additional $15. For safety reasons 7 is our maximum number.
